"I want my work to honor those who have paved the way for us today.  Their times were much harder, yet simpler, than ours. People had time to think and time for each other. When there was a lot of real love in the family as well as love for neighbors and friends. I want my paintings to tell their story and of the sacrifices that they made to make life easier for us today.  I hope that through my work I can help others to remember, to think and most of all to smile."  - DOLLNER
